For the best results, I recommend posting your original print(s) to me. However, if you prefer to send a scanned copy of your photo(s), please follow my scanning instructions to ensure the highest quality image for restoration. In all cases, I will carefully examine your image(s) and provide a FREE, NO OBLIGATION QUOTE via email before any work commences.
By providing photos to Matt Daley Photography, you confirm that you are the copyright owner or have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use the supplied image(s).
Send Your Originals
By Post
When posting your original photos, please include the following details:
Your full name
Email address
Phone number
Return address
A cover note explaining the restoration work you need and any specific print requirements (e.g. sizes and quantities).
To ensure your photos arrive safely, I strongly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed™. Please protect your originals with stiff card and, if possible, use photo-specific packaging, which is available at most post offices. Even Special Delivery items can be creased or bent in transit, so proper packaging is essential.
Once your restoration is complete, I will return your originals via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and the cost of this will be added to your final invoice. If, in the unlikely event, I am unable to restore your original, you will still be responsible for the return postage cost.
Drop Off
If you'd like to drop off your image(s) in person, please contact me in advance to arrange a convenient time.
My home studio is in Southend-on-Sea, Essex, about 10 minutes from the A127.

Please use the form below to upload your photo(s) and provide details about your restoration needs. I’ll assess your images and provide a no-obligation quote before starting any work. If you have any special requests or concerns, feel free to include them in the form.
For files under 20Mb, you can send them as an attachment to info@mattdaleyphotography.com.

Cloud/Web Service
For files over 20Mb, I recommend using a free online file transfer service such as WeTransfer.com. You can also share via a Cloud storage service such as Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, or DropBox.
