TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the professional photography services provided by Matt Daley Photography ("I," "me," or "my"). By booking my services, you ("the client") agree to the following terms.

2. Services Provided
I offer a range of professional photography services, including but not limited to:

• Headshots: Corporate headshots, promotional headshots.

• Portraits: Studio portraits.

• Event Photography: Corporate events, public events, private parties, weddings, engagements.

• Product Photography

• Pet Photography

• Still Life Photography

• Photo Retouching & Restoration

3. Booking & Deposits

• A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received.

• The deposit amount varies depending on the type of service booked. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

• All deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

• The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the shoot.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking time are eligible for rescheduling without loss of deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

5. Image Usage & Copyright

• As the photographer, I retain full copyright over all images taken.

• The client receives a licence for personal or commercial use depending on the agreed terms.

• Clients may not sell, edit, or alter images without my explicit permission.

6. Promotional & Social Media Use

• I may use images taken during the session for promotional purposes, including my website, social media, and marketing materials, only if the client has provided prior written consent.

• Clients will be asked for their consent when confirming bookings.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must arrive on time for their session. Delays may result in reduced shooting time or additional fees.

• For event photography, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permissions are obtained from the venue and attendees where applicable.

• For product photography, all items must be delivered in good condition and adequately packaged.

8. Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Edited images will be delivered via an online gallery unless otherwise agreed.

• Standard delivery times will be communicated at the time of booking. Expedited editing may be available at an additional cost.

9. Liability & Force Majeure

• While I take all necessary precautions, I am not liable for circumstances beyond my control, such as technical failures, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen events that may affect the session.

• If I am unable to fulfil a booking due to illness, injury, or other serious circumstances, I will offer a full refund or an alternative date.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

• Personal information collected via booking and quote request forms is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

• Client contact details may be used to communicate important booking-related information.

11. Agreement
By booking my services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
